Krzysztof Trzaska | Real Estate Specialist I have been associated with the real estate market since 2009. For over 17 years, I have been helping clients make informed decisions regarding the purchase, sale, and investment in real estate. For many years I was associated with Home Broker S.A., and simultaneously served for 7 years as an authorized representative of developer Fadas Polnord Polska. I also collaborated with Alfa-Dach as an authorized representative. These experiences allowed me to get to know the real estate market from different perspectives – both as a broker and a developer. I specialize in the primary and secondary market, managing developer investments, commercial real estate, and investment land. I operate primarily in Wrocław and the Lower Silesia region. I am a graduate of the University of Economics in Wrocław in the field of Finance and Banking, with a specialization in Investments and Real Estate. I also completed postgraduate studies in real estate management at Wrocław University of Technology. In my work, I focus on partnership relations, reliable market analysis, and effective negotiations. I believe that a good advisor not only mediates transactions, but above all helps clients see opportunities and make the right decisions. I serve clients in Polish and English, including in transactions involving foreign clients. Privately, I am passionate about water sports, travel, and winter sports. Both on the water and in real estate, I value a well-charted course and consistency in pursuing goals.
